KEVIN IARUSSI

CO-Founder / Owner

Kevin is the CO-Founder and CO-Owner of Blue Spruce Construction Group. He resides right outside Boulder, CO, with his wife Desi. Ever since Kevin graduated from Boulder High he has had a tool belt and a hammer.

As Kevin continued in business his foundation was always around construction. Aside from work Kevin enjoys skiing, hanging out with his Grandkids, and leading a busy active lifestyle with his wife. He takes pride in knowing that a successful company is only a reflection of the countless satisfied customers and employees within the company itself. Kevin continues to install that same mindset and driving force into everyone that works at Blue Spruce Construction Group.

DILLON IARUSSI

CO-Founder / Owner

Dillon, Bry, and their three girls are all Colorado natives living in the Thornton, CO, area. Their entire life both together and individually they have made sure to take advantage of every adventure they can.

From the early age of 19, Dillon owned his first company. Learning from an early stage in life he didn’t want to work for someone else he soon fell in love with entrepreneurship. Although it is a road less traveled by many he has soaked up every opportunity he could to grow as a business owner and a person. Now, Dillon implements his strong work ethic, and customer care into his team and company.

Aside from work, Dillon loves to spend parts of his summer time volunteering on the weekend with his family, golfing, and spending as much possible time in the mountains seeing his three girls grow, and make the small mountain town of Vail, CO, their second home.

JOSH PEEK

Senior Project Manager

Josh grew up with a western background while working in the family construction industry. Cowboy values and a strong work ethic were instilled at an early age.  Honesty, integrity, hard work and strength of character are qualities he lives by. Josh has been a Professional Rodeo Cowboy since 2003.

Competing all across the United States & Canada on the world’s top stages including 7 X National Finals Rodeo Qualifier. Winning multiple awards such as 2009 National Finals Rodeo All-Around Champion, Canadian National Finals 2011 All-Around Champion and many more awards, this taught him how to work hard and set goals. He has a background in construction on many levels from dirt work to water mitigation to roofing and over the past couple years has developed a vast knowledge from the insurance adjusting industry.  He is married to a wonderful woman named Kori and they have 3 beautiful children. They are natives of Colorado and they love spending time in the outdoors along with traveling the U.S. making many wonderful memories as a family. Josh is a people person and loves meeting new people. He looks forward to meeting you and is ready to go to work for you today.

EVAN KELLEY

Senior Project Manager

Evan began his working career alongside his father at the mere age of three years old.  His hard work as a youth built the strong foundation that continued into adulthood. He entered the construction industry in high school setting tile, and by age 22 he was managing his own crews under his own business. At age 28, an opportunity came along in the restoration industry that he couldn’t turn down.

His eye for detail and managerial work-ethic that he acquired in the tile industry transferred to his career in restoration that began in 2014. Starting his 6th year in roofing, Evan and his wife of two years, Danielle, work alongside each other to create a unique and well-organized team. Danielle volunteers locally and Evan works to support their family that has roots in the Arvada, CO, area. Together they strive to improve the community and neighborhoods around them. Evan excels in open communication, honesty, and well-rounded construction knowledge and looks forward to the opportunity of working with you and your family!

SETH KELLEY

Project Manager

Seth grew up in Wyoming working in the building trades with his father and two brothers. Honesty, hard work, and the value of helping others were ideals his father instilled from an early age.

Seth started his own construction business in 2016 and has been working hard to provide high quality work for people in the front range ever since. Seth has been married to his wife Annabelle since 2017 and they now live in Loveland, CO, with their dog Lucy. They both enjoy everything life in Colorado has to offer from hiking and camping to rock climbing and paddle
boarding. Both fluent in American Sign Language they enjoy spending time volunteering with the local Deaf community.

Seth is always open to constructive criticism and looks forward to
working with you to make your project as seamless as possible.

TOBIA KAZMER

Project Manager

Tobia grew up in the small town of Hot Springs, SD, and enjoys camping and hiking in the mountains with his wife Rebecca, and their Schnauzer, Auggie.

Tobia started at a young age working as a paperboy during elementary school, continuing this work ethic he worked through middle and high school working in historic home restoration. He then began his own seamless gutter business in Colorado in 2010. Tobia brings his passion for customer satisfaction and knowledge of construction to your home.

LAZARUS TOMDIO

Project Manager

Hard work and honesty are morals that Lazarus Tomdio has been raised on. With a family background in the trades work, Laz is familiar with and has worked in various construction settings. This has given him a strong foundation for taking care of homeowners needs. His professional life started at the age of 15 running bobcats for a small construction company. From there he branched out into the shipping and receiving industry.

With over 7 and a half years experience in customer service and a college background in communications and interpersonal relationships he enjoys listening to people’s concerns and needs and assisting them in any way he can. Personally, he enjoys volunteering his time locally in his community in a worldwide free teaching program. With an ear for your needs and core values of helping people and an honest hardworking attitude, Lazarus is not only capable, but highly proficient when it comes to each individual claim that he manages!
